Warranty & Return Information Warranty Information 60 Day Warranty for all replacement ultraviolet bulbs. NO Warranty of Quartz Sleeves. 1 Year Warranty for all other products. Our warranty does not cover the following: Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance by user or their agent. Damage caused due to misapplication of product. Damage caused by corrosion, abuse, accident, alteration or improper use. Damage caused by flood, fire, earthquake, tornado or other acts of God. Damage caused by electrical spikes, surges, brownouts or improper voltage or amperage. Damage caused by failure of any third party equipment (i.e., controller, pump, etc.) Incidental damage to other equipment, property or livestock Damaged Shipments If your product was damaged in shipment, please contact us within 72 hours. All items damaged in shipping are eligible for replacement. Product Returns If you would like to return a product, please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your product. Returns without a RMA number will be refused. Items must be unused & in new condition with all original packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for the price of the item only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Products that are returned incomplete, damaged or used will not be accepted. Please be responsible and properly package, track & insure any returned products. Return shipping is your responsibility. COD shipments will be refused. Absolutely no returns after 30 days.
